About Revolute

Looking inward.
Moving forward.

Understanding people. Strengthening relationships. Supporting purposeful action.

An olive-green leaf with softly curled edges, symbolising reflection and growth

A name with meaning

The curve of a leaf.
A way to reflect.

“Revolute” describes a leaf whose edges roll backwards or underneath. We use this botanical form as a metaphor: looking inward to understand ourselves, looking back to learn from experience and moving forward with purpose.

For Revolute, the curve symbolises reflection, resilience and growth. It is brand symbolism, not a scientific explanation of how people change.

Our Australian practice brings together psychological services and management consulting. Each has its own purpose and boundaries, connected by a focus on people and constructive change.

Dirk Botha

MTh, HNDPM, PGPPM, ADLaw

Management Consultant | Owner, Revolute Consulting Practice

Dirk Botha helps organisations, leaders and individuals turn insight into purposeful action. His approach reflects the meaning behind Revolute: a leaf whose edges curl back towards itself—a metaphor for looking inward, learning from experience and moving forward with clarity.

Drawing on senior executive experience and cross-cultural work across Europe, the United Kingdom and Ireland, Dirk brings a practical, people-centred perspective to leadership, workplace relationships and organisational change. He helps organisations strengthen systems and performance, leaders build trust and accountability, and individuals develop through mentoring and coaching.

His work connects reflection with action: understanding what shapes behaviour, having constructive conversations and agreeing practical steps towards growth.
